The Toby Center for Family Transitions is a 501c3 not for profit Connecticut corporation founded in 2000 and registered in CT and Florida as the Children's Rights Council of Connecticut and The Toby Center. Our goal is to help improve outcomes for parents and children during the extremely difficult times when parents choose to separate and divorce.
The Toby Center offers a multitude of child centered services and trainings for individuals and family professionals in the areas of divorce, child custody, child access and visitation, family mediation and shared parenting.
We offer referrals for legal counsel, individual counseling and family therapy.
