We are pleased to share that the conference schedule for both conference days is now available. We have 65 talks scheduled over the two conference days.

Please use the button below to complete a Google form to identify your talk preferences for this year’s conference. This will help the 2025 Organizing Committee gauge participant interest and ensure there is ample seating.

The Opening Keynote (9:15 AM-10:45 AM on Day 1) and Closing Keynote (3:30 PM-5:00 PM on Day 2) have not been included in the form as they are the only talks being held during their respective time slots.

If you have not yet booked your accommodation, please do so soon. Hotels are selling out in advance of TIFF and other citywide events taking place during this time.

Special room rates of $399 CAD (~$285 USD)/night + tax  are available at Marriott Downtown at Eaton Centre. The Welcome Reception and 2-day conference will be held at this hotel.

These rates are available for the nights of September 10 to 15, 2025, subject to hotel availability. The last day to book rooms at this special rate is July 31, 2025.
