Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I want to wish each of you a most Happy and Healthy New Year as 2026 descends upon us!!

Our Administration is excited about our accomplishments in this last year, serving more clients in more counties! All with your help and commitment to improve child outcomes! Thank you!!

In 2026, Cindy, Leslie and I will be introducing new procedures to bring more efficiency to our operations and service delivery. Consolidated online fee payment and new client registration will help clients effectively sign up for services.

There will be more accountability for clients and staff members! There will be improved communication options for all!

Our Board will soon have new organization by-laws, the roadmap for our organization’s operations.

Importantly, too, we will embark on a strategic plan for the next decade of operation, including fiscal growth and service expansion! Your input will be most welcome!

Since I started the Toby Center in 2010, over fifteen years ago, we have evolved into a significant child access program to strengthen children’s attachment, their natural bonds, with their parents.

This has happened because of each of you!
I do appreciate all you have done and the accomplishments of colleagues before you.

My door is always open and I invite you to reach out with ideas and recommendations at any time! Either here, or directly!

I sincerely thank our leadership, notably Claire and Erica who lead our fee paid and agency contracts divisions. I thank Cindy and Leslie for their troubleshooting, accountability, and cost saving measures. To Eric and Odizee who have created and modified our critical website and IT needs
