ANNOUNCING 2022 WISH LIST!

Dear friends,

Given our rapid growth over the last five years, we have incurred needs for items to improve our cost effective and affordable services.

Since our founding in Boynton Beach, Florida in 2010, the Toby Center has grown to meet demands for visitation and child reunification services in over 15 counties in the State.

As demand for our services have grown, operational needs have grown as well.  Sadly, few grant opportunities exist to support these so we ask your support.

Now, we invite you, your business, your professional practice to consider assisting the Toby Center with our search for this support:

ADMINISTRATIVE NEEDS:

  1. Laptops for Administrative and Regional Management.

Immediate need for (7) laptops with high memory and fast data processing capability.

Laptops are now needed for a rapidly growing database of clients, and documentation.  We have immediate need for laptops for administrative use by CFO, CEO and New Client Coordinator, and Agency Coordinator.  Additional needs are for (3) Regional Coordinators who manage and assign contracted clients.

PROGRAM NEEDS

  1. Toby Center Regional Service and Training Center.

This Center will become the Toby Center’s Florida state office. Whether in South Florida or Central Florida, current service areas, this Center will provide regional child reunification services and training for Toby Center staff from around the state.

With this Service and Training Center, the Toby Center will be able to conveniently bring staff candidates from around the country to train for expansion of Toby Center services in many metropolitan areas in the United States.

  1. Supervised Visitation Van

We wish for a van equipped with a versatile table and facing chairs/benches, similar to a camper van which we can use to bring supervised visitation to indigent clients!

With this van, the Toby Center will bring our visitation and therapeutic services to those client families who have no easy nor reliable access to transportation.  As many foster and child care agencies work with these indigent clients, a Supervised Visitation Van will be a true ‘godsend’ to enable children see their parents on a regular, predictable and uninterrupted basis!

When suggested to Circuit 15 several years ago, they loved this novel idea!  A van that is equipped with a table, benches and bookshelves will enable indigent parents with the opportunity to see their children in a unique, secure environment, rain or shine!

This will also serve as a pilot project for the Toby Center’s Family Meetup Program!  A new national model for family strengthening!
