- Our Services
The Toby Center provides a unique array of services to assist families when journeying through marital change, and child custody litigation. We seek to accommodate an emotionally and physically safe environment for these court ordered services:

Supervised visitation
Supervised visitation is among the most useful options for a court to recommend when there may be allegations or concerns for emotional and or physical safety, fear of child abduction, or mental health issues. The value of this service is to provide the court with valuable observations of interactions between children and parents, and between the parents or guardians themselves.

Therapeutic supervised visitation
Therapeutic Visitation has been found increasingly valuable as it provides that a clinically licensed mental health professional may be better able to assist a child’s emotional experience for supervised visitation. This service is very helpful when the parents’ personalities are found to be highly conflicted, agitated, fearful, and mistrustful.

Monitored Child Exchange
This service provides a neutral, family friendly location where a third party may observe and facilitate the transfer of children from one parent or guardian to another parent or guardian. The process is documented and helpful for the courts to determined when there may be a move towards the natural exchange of children for shared parenting without a third party necessary.

Individual and family therapy
Individual and Couples Coaching/Counseling available to help navigate the divorce process or to build upon their relationships.

Mediation and parent coordination
Mediation is the process where separated parents can reach decisions on everything affecting their lives following divorce. Let us help you through this process.

Child reunification Therapy
Specialized therapy: strengthen the bonds of affection, and engage the child with the non-custodial parent in order to prepare the child for change of custody
- Service Locations
The Toby Center offers our visitation and child reunification services in many regions. We select locations that are geographically accessible, and convenient for both parents as during the week in the late afternoon, evenings, weekends, and holidays, too! Some of the locations we have found most useful are those where children have enjoyed their time with a parent, having fun and learning together! Imagine:
– Reading together in a public library
– Eating together in a restaurant; Chucky Cheese and more!
– Having fun in an interactive children’s museum;
– Miniature golf and other activities;
– Having a picnic lunch;
– Playing on swings;
– Doing homework;
– Shopping, too!
Our Locations
We invite parents to suggest places their children will find fun, entertaining and meaningful! *All locations are subject to the child’s age, physical and emotional abilities. Some of our regions may also provide an available office location, sometimes in churches or other agencies who partner with us!
Other locations in the community may be also used by agreement between parents and Toby Center staff. Toby Center uses all facilities and more! to help foster a deepening experience for children and their non-custodial parent.
